About Us
Assistance In Home Care began with a vision by the owner, Ramona Streit. 17 years ago, her brother was suffering with cancer and he required in home care. Over time, the family realized the services that were received by Ramona’s brother were less than acceptable. This realization caused Ramona to believe she could provide a service that would preserve the dignity of her clients.
Assistance In Home Care is a quality home care provider that cares for people of all ages who want to remain in the comfort of their home. We strive to ensure the home care services provided are nothing less than what we would want for ourselves or our family members. We are proud to say we have assisted over 1700 clients that include seniors, children, veterans, developmentally disabled and short term recovery.

Meet our Employee of the Month!
Giselle Hernandez has been awarded Employee of the Month for the month of September and will be presented with a bonus of $150. She will also be nominated to possibly be chosen as Employee of the Year for a grand prize at the end of the year. The Employee of the Month award is given to caregivers who go above and beyond in their daily care of their clients. Giselle has an outstanding work ethic and a wonderful attitude. She has never called off and consistently picks up shifts that are offered to her. The feedback that we get regarding Giselle from her clients reflects that she is respectful, coachable and efficient in her duties.
